Stucco Grano Floor Screed

DESCRIPTION
Stucco Grano Floor Screed is a self leveling cement based floor coating manufactured in many UV stable natural earthy colours used on floors, walls, counter tops, shower surrounds, facades,etc. Applied onto new or old concrete floors which are 100% sound and clean. Hard wearing, mottled, natural homogenous wall or floor coating. 

SURFACE PREPARATION
Stucco Grano Floor Screed requires an optimum bond to concrete floor substrates to occur, therefore concrete floor substrate must be cleaned thoroughly free of floor tiles, ceramic tiles, paint, wood floor, vinyl tiles,  sealers, grime, bitumen, dust, dirt, fungal growth, oil and mould to name a few.
In the case of application onto polished smooth steel troweled floors and walls, the surface must be acid washed or scarified or a slurry applied containing bonding agents to it, prior to application in order to promote adhesion. 
In the case of its use as wall coating ensure its applied in shaded, windless areas so that the product has a chance to set/cure without drying prematurely or alternatively keep it lightly moisten to aid correct curing.

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS
Stucco Grano Floor Screed is mixed 4 or 5 parts of powder to 1 part clean water by volume, in a clean bucket with a flat paddle or stirrer on low speed , as a guide, resulting in a thick caramel/honey like slurry.
Apply the entire mixed product within 1 hour of mixing.
Trowel/polish smooth before drying as with any screed or lightly moisten to aid doing so.
Do not add more water or powder to the mix after mixing is completed.

APPLICATION
Stucco Grano Floor Screed is spread and leveled using a plastic\ steel trowel.
On non-porous surfaces a thin scratch coat may be made with Stucco Grano Floor Screed into a slurry with adhesion promoting solution, over which the product is later applied and troweled smooth. Ensure its applied in shaded, windless areas so that the product has a chance to set/cure without drying prematurely or alternatively keep it lightly misted to aid correct curing.

PRECAUTIONS
Do not apply in temperatures of less than 5C or over 30C as well as if frost or rain is eminent for exterior applications.

STORAGE
Store only in a cool dry area, 10cms away from walls and floors on wooden pallets.
